Refundable security deposit is accepted at the time of check-in in cash only, in any currency convenient for you. It is 10,000 baht for one-bedroom apartments and studios and 20,000 baht for two-bedroom apartments.
Check-in to the apartments – from 14:00, check-out – until 10:00.
It is forbidden in our apartments:
- smoking;
- being with animals;
- bringing and eating durian;
- Noise from 23:00 to 08:00.
Please note that all our rates are non-refundable. This means that if you cancel your reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
