Had a lovely stay at the condo, it offered great facilities (gym and rooftop pool were excellent), in a good location close to Bangtao & Surin beach with some lovely food options in close proximity.. The apartment was small but great for 1 person.. Host was friendly, responsive and obliging.

The apartment is great: cozy and clean. We enjoyed the location. Even if the building is on the hill (and you need to walk uphill every time), we personally didn’t find it a problem. You can enjoy a partly sea view from your apartment and full view from the rooftop pool (which is also amazing and almost every time not that busy).. The communications with Anton was a bit hard. Before we checked in, I confirmed that the internet is fast as we needed it to work. However, it was extremely unstable. It took around a week and a half to solve this issue (to bring and install the router). Sometimes, it took 3-4 days for reply. Just FYI: the wifi point is the same for the entire complex, you only have your personal credentials to log in.. During checkout, we received the invoice for the sofa dry cleaning. However, the sofa used to be in poor conditions when we moved in. I sent a photo that we made during check in to prove it’s not our fault. Make sure you take these photos to avoid extra charge.
Great place! Location is very good, not far from the sea and from all shops and restaurants. Apartment is very clean and bright. For me personally good washing machine was a huge plus and cleaning service every week. This apartment is in condominium and has two outdoor swimming pools. Host was very attentive and helpful if we has any problems, always replied fast to our messages and picked up a phone every time we called with some questions. We stayed in that place for two months and it was great experience for us.
This review is for a long-stay during COVID in room 508 (C Building).. A few things to note about the property… this particular unit is located in building C, which houses the rooftop pool and gym on the sixth floor. The unit faces another hotel but has quite a few lovely trees and greenery, which made sitting on the balcony quite nice. The unit is also right below the gym, so you may come across some loud music and free weights being dropped on the floor. The balcony is very spacious and has a large awning above it, which shields from any rainfall and good to hang out watching the storms roll in.. Pros:. – Our host Anton made sure everything was in working order and was quick to respond with recommendations and any inquiries we had.. – The building was secure and clean. The unit itself was clean and very comfortable for a long-stay (ie. full kitchen, washer, sitting/TV area).. – Great bedding and lots of extra bath towels/linens provided.. – The building was quiet and most tenants were also long-stay, expats, and foreigners.. – Hot water always available and water pressure in shower and toilet was great.. – A few small convenience stores (7-Eleven, Tesco Express, mom n’ pop shops) are walkable to get basic groceries, amenities, and beer/wine.. – Surin Beach is about 7 min. walk and has a few local food/drink stalls set up to hang out. There are also few good local restaurants serving Thai cuisine on the main road.. Cons:. – The building is managed by Palmyrah, while the unit itself is managed by Holy Cow properties. As such, dealing with Palmyrah staff was very unpleasant as they are not willing to help out tenants that are not renting from their management. Any small request was denied and not answered by staff.. – Internet was unacceptably slow and constantly cut out. If you need to have a stable connection, you must have your own firestick or hotspot.. – The location in Surin Beach is a little far from any action, as the town is very sleepy and mostly locals live here since all the beach clubs were torn down years ago. Highly recommend renting a scooter or car as Bang Tao beach is about a 10-15 min. walk on a busy road and the bigger grocery stores/markets are also in this area.. – Housing amenities were not provided for long-stay (such as dish soap, sponges, dish towel, hand soap, wash cloths, toilet paper, or garbage bags). We can understand as a rental property, this would be up to the tenant; but as an AirBnB, those basic amenities should have been provided (at the very least to last for a week stay). The cooking and dishware also needs to be updated/replaced as it was worn and some dishware was missing/broken.. Overall, we recommend to anyone wanting a more peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to access. It was a great place to stay long-term, but requires some attention to detail to make it a 5/5.

great place, location near to bang tao beach and many restaurant and bar is ideal you can go to each by walk. very helpful host, lot of cooking equipment if you want to dine home. pool on the roof is nice with an open gym quite well equiped. highly recommend
Great service! We rented an apartment through this site in Phuket and everything went smoothly. I liked that we could choose an apartment in any part of the island – we stayed in the Bangtao area. Payment was quick and the accommodation was even better than the photos. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a reliable place to rent in Phuket.
We recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb apartment, and overall, we had a truly delightful experience. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was truly ideal, situated within walking distance to the beach and Boat Avenue, which boasts an array of restaurants and shops.. Our only minor concern was that the host occasionally took a little longer than expected to respond to our inquiries. However, when they did reply, they were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but it’s worth noting for future guests.. Despite the slow communication at times, we would still highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future!
Perfect place for short or long stays:. – great location ( Surin beach – a few min walk, Bang Tao beach – 10 min walk, 7/11 – 2 min, cafe and restaurant around ). + calm area. + amazing view from the rooftop. + nice swimming pool on the rooftop. + cozy room with “home” details. + comfortable, big bed. + wi-fi works good. – room is really small – for 1 person is perfect, but for a couple/family – not sure
We slept one night in a very pleasant room, the pieces are spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool on the rooftop and the garden furnitures.. Sergei was accommodating and allow us to arrive ahead of our schedule.

Cozy and comfortable place to stay. There’s a good swimming pool and gym on the roof. It’s close to Surin beach.. Also, on the opposite side of the condo, there’s a good cafe (Audy) with tasty food and affordable prices. I ate there almost every day.. I was glad to stay here.
Everything was great. I recommend booking with this host. Stayed in his place more than 4 times now.
This stay was easy to find, had everything I needed and more and was walking distance to restaurants, massages and the beach. Should I find myself in Phuket in the future I would like to stay again.
Fantastic place, near to beach and 7-11. Didn’t get board after staying for 20 days.
Sergei was intouch regularly. Very responsive to messages and even offered a later check out as we didn’t get picked up until later on our check out day. Thanks again xx
Stayed here for 2 weeks and had the best time. The apartment and amenities are great and in a ce tral location to everything. Would definitely stay again.
