Very enjoyable place in a good location. 10 mins walking to Surin beach and 15 mins walking to Bang Tao beach.. The balcony has direct access to one of the 3 swimming pools. The kitchen is fully equiped with a kitchenette and a microwave but without a hoven.. The manager solved all the issues.. Wifi isn’t great, you will use a shared common access point that goes down a lot of times. Not reacheable from the main room. It do not have a dedicated modem/router. Not good for work at all.
Nice apartment, located in Panora complex, which is beautiful, but mostly dead during the pandemic. It is located uphill, so you’ll definitely need a scooter/car. The area itself is pretty quiet, but somehow we had a loud neighbour, who was probably the only other person in the building 🙂 Anton helped to sort this out so it was a lot better afterwards, kudos for that.. The only issue I’d say is that there isn’t enough storage for a long-term stay. There’s a closet (and a safe), but it’s lacking shelves to really use the it.. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good place to stay.

Amazing views and easy to check in. However for the price I expected the amenities like the TV to be easy to use but it never worked. Sergio is very responsive and helpful though 🙂
A clean new appartment not far from all the amenities very helpful smiley friendly Staff on reception available 24 hours ☆ We will reccomend Sergeis place to all our friends in the UK
Nice apartment in lovely block , nice pool on roof and free parking if you have car or bike. Lovely beaches nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would use again although price of apartment was ok you have to pay for electricity and water on top of rental fee. We booked for 21 nights but only stayed 16 as we had a couple of short breaks during our holiday but our utility bill was 1700 baht around £40 which I thought was expensive

Easy to get to, close to malls, restaurants and markets. The Friday night market was awesome. Close to the beaches. Loved the rooftop pool. Thoughtful suggestions for tours, markers and restaurants. Very easy check-in’s. Spacious apartment. Regular room services. I love that the suite was close to the resort but not right in the resort. Perfect.. Sergei was very responsive. The artwork in the suite was beautiful. Very well equipped kitchenette. We had the most relaxing 8 days here as a family. Thank you for your hospitality.
This apartment was exactly what we expected and more! Our patio walked right out to one of the three pools on the grounds. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked with the basics. Checking in was very easy and staff was nice. There were many restaurants within walking distance as well as access to two beaches (Surin and Bang Tao)- 15 mins walk to Surin, 20 mins walk to Bang Tao. Convenience stores were also very close by for buying bottled water and other snacks. Great place for the value, location, and stay.
The apartment is in a great location, has some thoughtful touches, was spotlessly clean and the host was efficient, and helpful. I stay in lots of apartments like this other hosts could learn a lot from this property.
Все прекрасно. Не было не каких личных встреч как при приемки так и при сдачи квартиры для меня это круто на все возникшие вопросы Сергей отвечал не замедлительнно. Если для кого интересны встречи с хозяином думаю он не откажет от этого !!! Прилетели раньше чем заселение не каких х проблем не возникло без проблем заселили раньше . Ключики взяли на ресепшн там их оставили все БЕЗУПРЕЧНО СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ)))

These guys did a great job for us, from accommodating a late check in, to getting us extra keys quickly. Everything was transparent and we can’t wait to come back to Surin
Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Fotos und der Beschreibung.. Hatten mal ein kleines Problem mit nicht funktionierendem Internet.. Dies wurde mit einer Nachricht umgehend behoben.. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!. Würden sie wieder buchen!
Un appartement agréable et bien placé à proximité de plusieurs plages, accès direct à la piscine depuis la terrasse.
A very good host and a very nice place. I did have to change to one of his other units due to an air conditioning issue at check in but these things happen. Clean, quiet and a pleasant 15 minute walk to Layan Beach.. Host was friendly and helpful. I recommend this host and would absolutely stay again.
