Surin is a small village, with not much to do. The apartment is 10 minutes walking from the main road with shops and restaurants and 15 min from Surin beach. Suroundings are bland. Building has 3 very useful pools and gym. Some gym machines do not work. You can hear some noise from the hallway. I got a different apartment than what I booked, even if differences were small, and some of them got addressed by the checkin manager. The apartment needed some more cleaning before my checkin. I found an old scuba mask filled with sand, some used band aid on the floor and sofa was really dirty with stains all over. I notified the owner and after some acid communication (I was told I can try finding another place if i want), they cleaned 3 days later. Good fridge, AC, washing machine, kitchenette. Furniture is a little used and could use more storage for a long stay. For a family of 3, staying for 4 weeks utilities were around 35 usd. Overall good value for money (800 USD/28 days)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb apartment for 3 weeks and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The place was aesthetically done and looked exactly like the pictures—absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and Boat Avenue, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment had all the amenities one could ask for, from a well-equipped kitchen to a washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable.. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a fabulous stay! Five stars!
Отличное жилье с хорошим соотношением цена-качество. В кондо есть качественный тренажерный зал (не ограничивающийся двумя беговыми дорожками, как часто бывает), чистый бассейн на крыше и комфортный коворкинг. Во всех этих зонах никогда не было переполнено и всегда находилось место – и лежак возле бассейна, и стол в коворкинге. Поблизости в пешей доступности полно ресторанов от самых недорогих до весьма презентабельных. До пляжа идти минут 5-7.
Really enjoyed our stay! The Apartment is very spacious and the direct access to the pool at any time is an amazing bonus! Communication with the host is very conventient. Only downside would be the instable private Wifi connection. As students we couldnt really use the Wifi for any lessions as the connection often broke down. Other than that we would totally recommend this listing! Thanks again!

Had a great stay at this condo. Easy walking distance from the Boatyard and all the great restaurants, coffee shops and Villa Market for your grocery needs and only 15 min walk to Bang Tao beach! Anton who managed the property was quick to answer and address any issues I had. WiFi was great and while parking was tight and first come first serve I never had issue getting a spot. Great value and price but I did come during Covid so price will increase when things improve but I definitely recommend this condo for your stay!
Top, absolutely top place. Sergei’s place is just like described and shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable 2 bedrooms, one large bathrooms. The place is ideal for a couple that likes a bit more space, or 2 couples wanting to share. Plenty of space and privacy for all.. Location is excellent. The Laguna neighborhood is very urbane, with sidewalks, gardens, and beautiful houses. Less than 10 minutes walking to the beach in one direction, shopping and restaurants in another. I did not even bother with transport. Did it all by walking, and occasionally taking a Grab taxi for longer distances.. Bangtao beach is big, clean, and peaceful, specially this time of the year (mid December).. I 100% recommend this place.
Nice place to live. Quite close Surin beach, about 10 min walk. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed.
Really great place! Beautiful views and had more than we expected such as an iron, microwave etc. Plus the building had a co working space which was a plus!. The only negatives we had were slow responses from the host. Most of the time it wasn’t an issue but during our stay we lost WiFi as they hadn’t paid the bill and as we work online this caused an issue however it was resolved with in a day.. The bathroom was very smelly, I think it’s a building issue however air freshener might help mask the smell.. Overall a good stay. Thank you!

What a beautiful stay so close to Surin beach. The host was very prompt with communication. I loved the deck and the view. There were many nice touches. Staff on site is very receptive and the whole complex is very private. Ill be back.

Great apartment on the best location on the island. The apartment is brand new, modern and has everything you can wish. There’s also a gym and 2 great swimming pools in the small scale building with free car parking too. Sergei is a great host, easy to communicate and always responded within 15 minutes. If you are looking for a place to stay on Phuket I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, with the beach, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk.
Stayed 1 month Thailand new years. Unit was fine for 1 person. 2 ppl would be a push. Pool area was nice spa doesn’t work. Good gym and free area. Internet was good. Washing machine on balcony was very handy. Restaurant across the road good local food. Walk to beach 15 mins turn left from building. Lots of local restaurants at the beach.. Good waves for body surf. Turn right from building more restaurants 10min bike ride. Utilities cost around 3000B. Had to request check in information from renter could have been provided earlier and made check in easier.. Good feedback when questioned were asked! Fast response 2hrs
Apartment is nice and modern. Smaller than you think. Small things let the place down, no water, internet issues, power outages. Dee is fantastic however.
No geral a acomodação é muito boa, a cozinha é bem equipada, a cama é confortável e o anfitrião deixou disponível algumas toalhas extras e roupa de cama, o que é ótimo; me senti em casa. Com relação a internet eu dependo 100% da mesma para trabalhar, no geral é boa, entretanto teve um dia que o apartamento ficou 3 dia sem internet, o que não foi tão bom. O condomínio conta com duas piscinas boas e uma pequena academia. Com relação a localização achei a vizinhança bem calma, bom para quem vai para relaxar, não tem muita coisa para fazer nas proximidades, restaurantes e bares tem poucos, a noite não tem uma vida noturna é necessário se locomover ate Patong se busca por isso. Mas no geral a acomodação é muito boa.
Once past the security gate, you’ll need to enter when someone is entering or exiting which is frequent during normal hours. There is a 7/11 that dispenses a variety of drinks and food if hungry. If that does not fulfill your needs step outside and within a minute walk you’ll find a 7/11. It’s a modern building and a gorgeous entry way that is not air conditioned. The room was stocked with snacks, instant coffee and tea if you arrive with empty-handed. I rented a motorbike which came ro my door ro make travel easier. There is an outdoor market a 5 minute walk away that has an assortment of fresh fruits and prepared dishes. The street has some abandoned buildings around the neighborhood but never experienced any issues whatsoever. I would book this place without hesitation.
