The apartment was great. The rooftop pool was excellent. Some construction noise next door, not nothing terrible. Responses from the host were very quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!
We had an excellent stay, the unit is small but functional and with good storage areas and was very clean comftable. Surin beach is a good central spot to explore up and down the coast as well as for quick access to some happening places like Bangtao.
Very good place to stay for a long and short time. Great equipped common spaces: swimming pool on the roof and on the first floor of the building, free coworking space with a big common table, great gym, beautiful Mountain View from the balcony/rooftop space.. About negative experience: I rent two apartments by Sergei during my stay on Phuket and encountered every time with a long response for my questions and long waiting time for a troubleshooting team.. Sometime I had to deal with issues by myself: ordering cleaning by Mida’s crew, searching a place for garbage(there is no instructions by host).. But need to say, that host did solve all issues(not quick but solved).. Highly recommend to visit a local family’s cafe Tik Restaurant Surin 4 near to the Mida Grand Resort complex.. Found the best beach on the island(Haad Laem Sing) it is a pristine beach with a perfect sea view and unbelievable rock road to the it. The road to this beach starts on the left side of the Surin beach.

En un mot “Parfait” Propreté, qualité d’accueil de cette location,2 piscines accessible a tout instant jusqu’à 23 heures parking sécurisé personnels d’une gentillesse et au petit soins à toute vos demandes bref vous êtes en Vacance au calme tant chez vous qu’a l’extérieur. non loin de la plage derriere et devant, vous êtes a 3 minutes à pieds de tout genre de commerce.. Pour le ménage l’équipe holly cow était là ménage parfait fait par deux personnes efficace discret et soigneux le tout gratuitement.. La wifi était parfait et j’aurai un seul regret c que ce standing s’arrête une fois revenu chez soi. j’y reviendrai et je le conseillerai vivement pour un séjour de rêve. Merci à Anton pour son rôle de coordinateur. Merci à Tim pour ses locations véhicules a prix cassés et ses bon conseils. Merci a Sergey pour son appartement de rêve avec une chambre entièrement en baie vitré donnant sur une luxuriante verdure et un levé de Soleil vu du lit magistral et Grand aux personnels d’OceanStone.. Si vous louez cette appartement surtout ne vous surchargés pas en serviette parapluie et consorts car tout y est inclus.. very pleasantly surprised because it goes well beyond the description. In a word “Perfect” Cleanliness, quality of home of this rental, 2 swimming pools accessible at any time up to 23 hours secure personal parking of a kindness and care for all your requests brief you are in Vacancy quiet so much at home only outside. not far from the beach behind and in front, you are 3 minutes walk from all kinds of shops.. For the housekeeping the holly cow team was there perfect housekeeping done by two people efficient discreet and careful all for free.. The wifi was perfect and I will have one regret that this standing stops once home. I will come back and I will highly recommend it for a dream holiday. Thanks to Anton for his role as coordinator. Thanks to Tim for his cheap car rentals and his good advice. Thanks to Sergey for his dream apartment with a room entirely in bay window overlooking a lush greenery and a sunrise seen from the magestral and Grand beds to the OceanStone staff.. If you rent this apartment especially do not overload you in towel umbrella and consorts because everything is included.
The condo was in a quiet area and within walking distance towards Surin Beach. Close to plenty of restaurants. Rooftop pool was amazing. If a morning swim and yoga is part of your routine, this can’t be beat. The AC units kept the condo cool even during April, which is known to be the hottest time of year in Phuket. Finally, Sergei organized a seamless check-in and check-out process and was able to answer any questions relatively quickly. I would stay here again.
Very small but cozy appartment. Clean and modern. Nice appartment building with 3 beautiful swimming pools. Only one significant drawback – wifi connection was super weak, so we can’t use wifi at all. Everything else was good

I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended for another 30 days. the place was very clean and organized. it had everything I needed for a long-term stay. the area has great restaurants, and the beach is less than 7 min away, so it was nice to go and cool off on the really hot days. Anton is a great host and accommodated me very well and was there to answer any questions I had in regards to staying longer and renting a car/bike. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends who want to visit the island.. thanks Anton!

The apartment are clean and comfortable, there is everything you might need. The building in general is also good and felt private, location is awesome. The only one thing we were disappointed about is condition of the apartment. Nothing crucial, but there is a whole in the wall for example, that needed to be fixes. I also didn’t get the concept of a broken dresser that was 100% unusable. Sometimes it’s better not to have some extra furniture, than have it in this condition.
We were welcomed by host on time. The apartment was new, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with basics for kitchen and bathroom. We had even the washing machine. The air conditioning was in each room. We have received start water bottles what was quite helpful. It was quiet (6th floor) with balcony and nice view. All 3 pools were working. During our stay the pools were not so busy. There is 10 minutes walk to the Surin beach and many nice restaurants, bars and massages. The surrounding is typical for Thailand with mix of luxury properties with local Thai buildings. The host orderd for us the taxi bus to airport and it was comfortable and on time. Assuming it was really comfortable for our family of 5 person and we definitelly recommend it as very nice stay option on Phuket.
This apartment is excellent value for money. I have nothing negative to say about it. I do have reservations about the Surin Beach area. It is effectively a Russian enclave, which is seriously off-putting in a number of ways. I understand that Sergei has numerous rental apartments. I will not hesitate to contact him about renting one of his apartments not in the Surin Beach area on my next visit to Phuket.

Good , spacious apartment. Sergey is a good host , was happy to extend the late check out and give some great recommendations. .. The only con is paying extra for utilities on short stays, which was missed by me, and no cleaning during 2 weeks stay ( no vacuum cleaner in that unit ). Otherwise a great apartment in great location.
