Great stay!!!. Anton (condo owner) – super friendly, and super helpful! We lost a key, taxi was not working due to a local new year holiday, Anton arrived to building on his own, and let us in (time was 10pm).. Location – amazing scenery in Surin beach in 7 min walk (little of an uphill walk, but should not be a problem, as we did it with a 1 y.o. Child with out any issue). Closely located to a Family mart store – where you can buy almost all necessaries (except for meat), several restaurants with local delicious food, and about 15 min walk to Bangtao beach.. Note that the area is pretty quiet, nothing is happening after 9pm (even restaurants). Building is pretty convenient too, has a parking lot, nice rooftop pool, co-working space, gym.. One issue we had is that elevator was not working, and we had to use another lift, which was located in another part of the building and it was hard to do it with a baby stroller (there were few steps where we had to lift the stroller to go through)
The view from the flat is amazing! It is quite large and has everything you need. The host was quick to respond and willing to help. The location is convenient.. Unfortunately, the condo building is not properly taken care of, the pool is dirty and there is nowhere to leave your stuff if you want to swim. We had to visit another condo to swim in the pool.. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
The rooftop pool was amazing!!!! Very responsive host. Great location and close to mango market (night market) highly recommend this host and area.
We really enjoyed our long stay at Oceanstone. A very laid-back place, not many tourists. Lots of nice facilities nearby, especially Porto de Phuket. The night market opens every Friday in walking distance.. The host was highly responsive and friendly.

Very charming appartment, we had our room on the 7th floor where the pool is situated and talking about this, the pool has an amazing view! The room was very clean and charming, a huge bed and a convertible sofa, and the bathroom was very spacious.. However, the location is very far from the center and other beaches excluding surin beach, there is not alot of things around and very dark the night.. There is a free shuttle that can take you in any places around the condo but if you want to move in a different place, you have to take a taxi which is quite expensive.. There was frequently power failures in our room… kind of scary at night.. There is also a nice gym room in the condo but some machines didn’t work and it was not air conditionned.. The proprio was really nice and helpful as well as the people in the lobby and it was a real pleasure de stay at this place !
Anton was super-attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The apartment was very airy and our daughter loved having the upstairs area to herself (the ac worked really nice up there–often the loft can be a hot zone!). The pools and exercise room were really nice, and the walk to both beaches were super-easy. We definitely recommend!

Panoramic view of mountains, the Nai Harn Lake and the SEA, great location, comfortable check-in. Apartment has everything you can think of. Highly recommended.

Не самая просторная квартира, но за свои деньги ок. Понравились бассейны, техника в хорошем состоянии, пешая доступность до пляжа Сурин. Не понравилось: интернет никакущий, постоянно отваливается, раздавал с мобильного в итоге; межкомнатная дверь закрывается со скрипом; в лобби кондо всего одна розетка.
We had a great time at Sergei place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

It was a great stay. Room is bit small but for the rate we paid it was worth it. You won’t find anything at this rate around this area. Housekeeping came every Saturday so that was a plus. Sergei is bit slow to respond but he always made sure to respond. Loved the rooftop pools. There are 3 rooftop pools and 2 gyms and 2 kids play room. Location is convenient usually 20-30min drive to everything.
Nice place, modern and clean, view on bang tao sea, professional hosts, 5 min. to Tesco supermarket downhill on main road, pool on rooftop (unfortunately closed because of covid19), beautiful beach with football field next to it, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, luminous space with sunshine all-day long, friendly staff and good facilities (unfortunately also closed because of state regulations). Recommend this place to people looking for something clean, modern, comfortable and cared for by professional hosts. Big commercial complex about 3km up the road (boat avenue).
