The first time was very frequent, just as we hit a pandemic, however the staff were always in touch with us, hardly any months the condo was idle. I have been in the property business for many years and have several properties in Phuket including Oceanstone, Aristo and Title Nai Yang apartments. I have been working with Holy Cow Management Company for a number of years now and it has proved to be the best solution for my properties. The management company market in Phuket is very diverse and not everyone is honest and professional. Holy Cow stands out from the crowd as they fully manage my properties and do so in a transparent and efficient manner. As in the subject and know what to what, sometimes it is very sorry for people who bought real estate on high expectations of return, and in fact, in the hands of some companies flats are piled up and ‘grief’ investors get pennies and a mountain of explanations.
I especially appreciate their full range of services. I don't have to think about paying electricity and water bills or general fees (CAM fee) - everything is paid by their team on time, through my confirmations. They even helped me to register a tax number in Thailand once. They faithfully remit all taxes on rental income (their VAT and my WHT), so everything is legal and I'm at peace. Reporting comes strictly according to the schedule: by the 10th day of each month I receive a detailed financial report, and by the 15th day - the net profit to my account, without delays. I would like to emphasise the work of the team. Anton Petrov is always on the phone and gives sound advice on the furnishings of the apartments, consults with me if there is a client for a long-term contract, whether it is worth taking the contract, we discuss the price and so on; Vera carefully maintains all the documentation and promptly answers questions on the reports. Modern electronic document management is in place. Printed, signed, sent.
Thanks to HC my flats are rented with high occupancy even in low season, and in high season the income is maximised. This year got the maximum income compared to previous years. Holy Cow has caught the wave.
Working with them, I see excellent results: income is stable, there are no hidden costs, any issues are resolved promptly. For an experienced investor, transparency and trust come first - Holy Cow fully justifies this. I am confident in my choice and plan to entrust future properties to this team. If you are looking for a reliable management company in Phuket, I would recommend Holy Cow - I have experienced it first hand.

I'll tell you straight away: I like this management company. I have been working with them since I bought my flat. The company not only tries to do its job well, it also does everything necessary, sometimes even anticipating possible difficulties in advance. For example, it was during the pandemic, when due to the absence of tenants it was necessary to regularly ventilate and dry the flat so that there would be no problems with dampness and fungus in the future.
Or, for example, the company organises regular maintenance of air conditioners, which really prolongs their resource and contributes not only to trouble-free operation, but also to the satisfaction of tenants.
Linen is regularly replaced and adequate repair of any breakdowns that occur, which is inevitable during intensive renting. The company is responsive to requests and deals with comments, thoroughly investigating their causes, and monthly reports give a complete picture of the economy and the payment of taxes and fees, and bills are paid without delay. In short, there is a sense of team spirit and focus on real results. I think that this is the reason why the revenue side is pleasing every year.

I have been working with Holy Cow for a few years now and they have proven themselves to be the best. All issues are dealt with clearly and on time and the paperwork and reports are always clear and transparent. I know exactly what is going on with my property and that is very important.
I am especially pleased that there are almost always tenants in my apartments - there are practically no empty periods. This shows that the company is doing a good job.
I would also like to mention the people who work there. It is a pleasure to communicate with them: they are always friendly, polite, ready to help or explain if something is unclear. This is very rare nowadays. For example, their help in explaining changes in Thailand's tax laws is invaluable.
Do I have anything to complain about? Surprisingly, I can't think of any. If there were any minor problems, they were resolved so quickly and well that they were not even remembered.
I am completely satisfied with their work and can confidently recommend this management company to other property owners in Thailand.
