Had a lovely stay at the condo, it offered great facilities (gym and rooftop pool were excellent), in a good location close to Bangtao & Surin beach with some lovely food options in close proximity.. The apartment was small but great for 1 person.. Host was friendly, responsive and obliging.

The apartment is great: cozy and clean. We enjoyed the location. Even if the building is on the hill (and you need to walk uphill every time), we personally didn’t find it a problem. You can enjoy a partly sea view from your apartment and full view from the rooftop pool (which is also amazing and almost every time not that busy).. The communications with Anton was a bit hard. Before we checked in, I confirmed that the internet is fast as we needed it to work. However, it was extremely unstable. It took around a week and a half to solve this issue (to bring and install the router). Sometimes, it took 3-4 days for reply. Just FYI: the wifi point is the same for the entire complex, you only have your personal credentials to log in.. During checkout, we received the invoice for the sofa dry cleaning. However, the sofa used to be in poor conditions when we moved in. I sent a photo that we made during check in to prove it’s not our fault. Make sure you take these photos to avoid extra charge.
Great place! Location is very good, not far from the sea and from all shops and restaurants. Apartment is very clean and bright. For me personally good washing machine was a huge plus and cleaning service every week. This apartment is in condominium and has two outdoor swimming pools. Host was very attentive and helpful if we has any problems, always replied fast to our messages and picked up a phone every time we called with some questions. We stayed in that place for two months and it was great experience for us.
