What does this mean?
You can stay with dog or cat if your fluffy friend does not not making constant noise.
Important rules:
- Not more than 2 pets per apartment.
- Not more than 15 kg in total weight.
- Additional damage deposit of 20.000THB (no matter the length of the stay)
- Unneutered male cats are not allowed (no exeption)
Attention! If you have allergies to cat or dog hair, fur, undercoat, saliva or dander, we recommend that you consider our other apartments in the same building that are not marked Pet Friendly. Although we thoroughly clean the apartment after each guest with pets, we cannot guarantee that any remaining pet hair will not trigger an allergic reaction.

The remaining balance can be paid upon check‑in using any convenient method, including cash.
We ask you to pay a security deposit in cash upon arrival. If utilities are paid and there are no damages, we return the full deposit in the same currency.

Are electricity and water costs included in the booking price?
Utilities are NOT included in the booking price and are paid separately based on meter readings.
Are Internet (Wi‑Fi) and cable TV included in the booking price?
Yes. Internet and cable TV are included in the price.
How are utilities calculated?
The cost per 1 kW of electricity and 1 cubic meter of water varies depending on the property complex. Rates are listed in the property description and can be clarified with the guest manager before booking.
Our staff takes photos of the meters before your check‑in and before your check‑out and sends them to the guest chat. Guests can verify the readings themselves, as the meters are accessible to everyone.
How much will I have to pay?
It’s impossible to name an exact amount in advance, as it mainly depends on the intensity and duration of air conditioner usage.
Below are ESTIMATED amounts per week (7 days) based on previous guests’ experience:
- Studio: 500–1500 THB
- 1‑bedroom apartment: 1000–3000 THB
- 2‑bedroom apartment: 1500–4500 THB
- 4‑bedroom apartment: 3000–9000 THB
- 2‑bedroom villa: 2000–6000 THB
- 3‑bedroom villa: 3000–10000 THB
- 4‑bedroom villa: 5000–15000 THB
