How are utilities calculated?
The cost per 1 kW of electricity and 1 cubic meter of water varies depending on the property complex. Rates are listed in the property description and can be clarified with the guest manager before booking.
Our staff takes photos of the meters before your check‑in and before your check‑out and sends them to the guest chat. Guests can verify the readings themselves, as the meters are accessible to everyone.
How much will I have to pay?
It’s impossible to name an exact amount in advance, as it mainly depends on the intensity and duration of air conditioner usage.
