Payment 💳
To complete your booking, we ask you to pay a 50% deposit using any convenient method:
— Credit or debit card from any NON‑Russian bank — payment on our website**.
Other payment methods:
— SWIFT or SEPA transfer to Holy Cow Phuket Co., Ltd account (any currency)**
— Rubles through an exchange service (Russian account, individual)**
— Cryptocurrency

The remaining balance can be paid upon check‑in using any convenient method, including cash.
Security Deposit 🔐
We ask you to pay a security deposit in cash upon arrival. If utilities are paid and there are no damages, we return the full deposit in the same currency.
Deposit amounts:
For stays up to 2 months: Pay upon check‑in (or at a convenient time the day after arrival):
– 2‑, 3‑, and 4‑bedroom apartments: 20,000 THB or 600 USD
The deposit is returned upon check‑out if the apartment remains in the same condition as upon arrival.
For stays from 2 to 6 months:
– 2‑, 3‑, and 4‑bedroom apartments: 60,000 THB or 2,000 USD
For stays from 6 months: Terms are negotiated individually before booking.
Check‑in and Check‑out 🔑
Check‑in: from 16:00 / Check‑out: until 10:00
The following are prohibited in our apartments:
🚭 Smoking
🐾 Staying with animals (except in specially designated properties)
🥭 Bringing in or consuming durian and mangosteen
🔇 Making noise between 23:00 and 08:00
