Booking conditions
Utilities are paid separately – according to the meters.
Refundable security deposit is accepted at the time of check-in in cash only, in any currency convenient for you. If your stay is less than 59 nights deposit is 20,000 THB for two-bedroom apartments. If you are staying longer than 60 nights the deposit is 40,000 THB or equivalent.
Check-in to the apartments – from 16:00, check-out – until 10:00.
It is forbidden in our apartments:
- smoking;
- being with animals;
- bringing and eating durian;
- Noise from 23:00 to 08:00.
Please note that all our rates are non-refundable. This means that if you cancel your reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
